Congratulations on your new book. I can’t wait to get my hands on a copy! What is in the works for your legions of fans (like moi) who don’t live in Turkey to be able to buy a copy?
Thanks for continuing excellent work on Istanbul Eats. Such a pleasure.

Good to read about cuisine and cooking around the world. Great info, thanks! Imagining how we can solve many health issues with right cooking and right aliments always amazes me.

We are visiting Istanbul in October but I’d really like to get this book before then. Is there a way of buying it from you? I don’t speak Turkish so don’t want to use the bookseller’s site. Your site has been a major part of keeping our interest alive over the many months since we booked our apartment. Are you still doing culinary tours? Yours, Martin Cooper.
