Report: Istanbul Eats’ “Party a la Cart”

The Istanbul Eats book launch party took place this past Tuesday night and it was a smashing success. So good, in fact, that a contingent of Istanbul’s Finest showed up and broke the party up early — despite our efforts to “bribe” them with offers of içli köfte and salted cucumbers from some of the cart vendors who catered the party.

Still, a good time was had by all and we want to thank everyone who showed up to partake in the festivities. For those who weren’t there, you can see lots of photos of the party on this Facebook page. Those who were there are invited to post their own photos on the page.
