I hope the guy sitting there rubbing his feet is not the same one peeling the veggies.

No. Different people. The guy peeling the veggies is only smoking, not rubbing his feet.

quite so. And please note that he’s only peeling vegetables outdoors; and away from any form of cover, so they’re legally peeled vegetables…..
