NPR: Turkish Among the Greatest Cuisines

National Public Radio may now be forgiven by Turkey for whatever critical reporting it has served up over the years. On August 1, the venerable Weekend Edition program ran a short commentary by food writer Bonny Wolf, who declared Turkish among the world’s greatest cuisines, up there with French and Chinese. We wholeheartedly agree.
