[1]National Public Radio may now be forgiven by Turkey for whatever critical reporting it has served up over the years. On August 1, the venerable Weekend Edition program ran a short commentary by food writer Bonny Wolf, who declared Turkish among the world’s greatest cuisines, up there with French and Chinese. We wholeheartedly agree.
