The English-language Today’s Zaman has a nice article in today’s edition that pairs ten specialty dishes, such as Uzbek pilaf, stuffed cabbage and Black Sea pide, with ten places to try them. The list is worth looking at (although, sadly, it doesn’t provide addresses, only phone  numbers.) You can read it here.
