		<description>I&#039;m not quite sure, but as I recall Sahan used to make good ones. I haven&#039;t been there in ages, so I might be wrong.

Though, we just had some from the manti chain Casita the other day. They were not the best, but definitely worth a try.

		<description>Thanks Ali, we have had the boiled version and it is heavenly. They do a nice one at Siirt Seref Buryani Salonu. It has a flying saucer shape and a rather spicy filling. Do you have a spot to recommend for boiled icli kofte?</description>
